Summary Details on Information Management
The report plans to address the issue of data the board inside Lanway. Data, may feel is the most significant asset any firm has, yet numerous organizations have no valuation for the cost, worth or significance of the data they hold. By first delineating the means and discoveries of a data review did inside the firm, ends are then attracted with respect to what measures ought to be taken so as to build the viability of Lanways data use. The measures proposed are plot in detail, with proposals of both equipment and programming. The report likewise builds up the requirement for data and for an organization data procedure â⬠featuring the significance of adjusting such a methodology to the general marketable strategy. Lanway Corporate Business Systems started exchanging 1985 from a little market slow down on Burnley showcase. Selling games just for the Spectrum scope of PCs (the most famous around then) it started to develop a customary client base. The firm proceeded along these lines, until 1991 where the presentation of the PC prompted an adjustment in item and business action. With the presentation of both new equipment and programming, Lanway was currently in a situation to make and sell its own PCâ⬠s. By moving into its own premises, the firm was presently ready to make considerable net revenues by building and pre-designing a little scope of machines. Lanway started to exchange with different firms in 1994, so, all in all they had to grow both their current premises and staff. They likewise started to expand, moving into new regions, for example, organizing advances, the web and increasingly specific equipment and programming. Lanway at present has a turnover of around 5 million and more than 40 staff, the two of which are relied upon to proceed in development. They fabricate around 200 PCâ⬠s every week, each extraordinary in model, make and particular. The organization classes itself in the bunch fabricating section. At present, the firm can be part into 5 offices. Deals, Accounts, Networking, Repairs lastly Production or Workshop. The firm is totally organized utilizing a blend of Microsoftâ⠢ and Novellâ⠢ advancements. Singular web access and email is accessible to all workers. All equipment and programming arrangement work is completed in-house. Since the firm has developed in the way that it has, a considerable lot of the frameworks and capacities being used have developed from a base up design, rather than a progressively key top level methodology. Beginning perceptions would propose that data the board inside the firm doesn't contrast from this. A data review is the appraisal of the data held by an office and of its data exercises. (Australian Audit Commission 1999). The motivation behind a data review is to survey, not just what types and levels of data a firm may hold, however how well it addresses the issues of the organization. Various parts of data may as of now be controlled, for example, naming shows or security passwords, yet much of the time firms have small comprehension of the importance, cost or estimation of the data they hold. Thusly so as to guarantee that every single significant territory were secured, a conventional arrangement was first drawn up. To guarantee that helpful ends could be drawn, the destinations and extent of the review were evaluated. These included What sorts of data sources exist Formal documentation was then structured, so as to keep up a reliable subject by totally included. This also added to value of the discoveries. At long last an appraisal of the general discoveries was done, to guarantee that all inconsistencies and indistinguishable information could be represented. At exactly that point, in light of the discoveries were proposals delivered. After investigation of Lanways current working condition and business exercises, the accompanying data sources were recognized: Stock and Accounts database â⬠kept up by a similar framework Information put away inside the messages ran from value records, client account subtleties, late value statements and explicit item enquires. These were additionally joined with a scope of individual messages, both from inward and outer sources. Every worker, after beginning work was given a protected email box, from which they can send messages to both inward and outside sources. Each email box requires client validation, anyway arrange executives are conceded rights to open any post box inside the framework. Here we quickly observe issues with respect to both data accessibility and security. Since just that client approaches the letter drop, no other worker can get to, what might be now and again basic data. Security and information respectability is additionally undermined, as the email server likewise goes about as the firewall server, and as such is available to web assaults. It is additionally at the workers caution whether they wish to erase messages put away inside their inbox, messages which may demonstrate later to hold significant or even basic data. When an email has been erased, it is practically difficult to recover it. Lanway depend vigorously on the web and the highlights it conveys. This incorporates organization item determinations, item bolster destinations, personal colleague assets, online databases and current news data. Lanway likewise have direct connects to providers through the World Wide Web, along these lines making numerous extranets. Each departmental administrator inside Lanway classed the web inside their three most significant assets. This in itself shows the significance of the job it plays in todayâ⬠s business advertise. For firms, for example, Lanway, it is the quickest and most productive method of acquiring up to the date and exact (in the most part) data and offers the best cost/advantage exchange off. Anyway the web carries with it, from an instructive view point, a large group of natural issues and issues. Lanway, in the same way as other different firms experiences this. By and large, staff were unconscious of a considerable lot of these, and as such the nature of data endured. The precision of the data got is on the most part never checked, and now and again was then put away to be utilized for future reference. No rules exist concerning whether just authority sites were to be utilized, nor had any preparation be given on successfully utilizing the web itself. Nobody data store was accessible, in which staff could spare information gathered, for example, URLâ⬠s or item catalogueâ⬠s, and at times, staff didn't know extranet offices existed. Thusly, every individual representative held their own particular thoughts and data on utilizing the web and by and large time was squandered performing dreary assignments and recovering copy data. Indeed, in light of the fact that the sharing of data was insignificant, the speed and precision of the information got was incredibly diminished. Both of the above databases are put away on the SAGE framework and as such are incorporated. The stock framework contains records of things as of now in stock, yet additionally past buys, dates and times with respect to stock control and pattern investigation information. The records framework contains all information worried about keeping up and running the organization accounts, joined with organization finance and deals exchanges. In contrast to the past stores, data held inside these frameworks isn't intended to be shared. To get to every territory the client must have the necessary degree of power. This is basically for security and protection reasons â⬠ie. Just certain individuals from staff can be offered access to finance. Data held inside the two frameworks is basic to the running of the business, without it is unthinkable for any business movement to happen. All the information held inside the framework keeps up it legitimacy and uprightness since it is the principle value-based framework inside the firm. The database is as of now got to utilizing a Bespoke application worked in house called COSMOS, utilizing access database tables as its base. The program requires client confirmation, anyway all client names and passwords are put away in an entrance database table which can be opened straightforwardly from the system drive. As such security inside the framework is insignificant. The framework has been being used for more than 8 years and by and by experiences a base up approach plan. The precision of the information is undermined in light of the fact that no conventional checks or rules exist with respect to what might be entered in to the framework. The security perspective additionally helps to build this issue. Copy records and abnormalities are regular spot. The age of the framework likewise frustrates its openness. Albeit each worker is conceded get to, many discover the framework inclined to crashes or off base record recovery, again a period squandering movement. A few deals administrators said they utilized their individual Outlook address book to keep their record data, the primary reasons being sped up, dependability and security. All representatives of Lanway are given individual envelopes on the principle Novellâ⠢ server. Utilizing a propelled arrangement of verification, just that representative may get to their organizer. Different clients envelopes are escaped see acknowledge to framework overseers. All word delicate archives are put away on in this organizer, specialized staff store item data and basic applications here. Workers are ââ¬Å"advisedâ⬠to store all other significant reports here as the framework is upheld up all the time. The precision of the information put away inside here isn't of genuine result to the firm, more to the individual worker, who in themselves are answerable for the assignment. Be that as it may, indeed the issue of data accessibility turns into an issue. For specialized staff, significant data and applications are concealed away from different individuals, while deals staff can't access associates cites whenever required without the help of an overseer. All system managers are routinely out of the workplace on client callouts.

Zara
Dangers â⬠ZARA Some dangers that influence ZARA incorporate worldwide extension, geographic degree, and exceptional rivalry. Zara perceives that the organization needs to have an upper hand so as to endure, so they are building a subsequent dissemination community in Zaragoza. Likewise the organization is as yet hoping to grow globally. Extending in Spain is hard for the organization in view of past involvement with Sweden.Zara is thinking about extension in North America, yet is worried that it is as of now experiencing retail immersion, less design forward sense, the interest for hefty sizes, bunches of rivalry, and insufficient interest for the attire. Zara's vertically coordinated model is a danger to Zara in since quite a while ago run. The model won't work once Zara scales its activity. Right now, Zara's planning, creation, conveyance and retails stores are firmly coupled together and work very closely.Expanding tasks in various areas, for example, American or Asian require s tending to various design drifts one after another. Additionally, given various sizes and patterns in various districts, it would not be anything but difficult to pull another style material or attire from one locale and put it in other area. Additionally, scaling its activity may require joint-adventures and securing some littler chains moreover. In a 50:50 joint endeavor, it is extremely hard for Zara to force its plan of action to the next partner. In this case, we have just observed Zara's joint endeavors dissolving on a few events. While Zara may think that its hard to deal with the vertically incorporated model for its huge sizes of activity, nearby retailers may follow Zara's equation to progress and can rise as large danger to its prosperity. It is difficult to beat the nearby retailers in their home market. For instance, the Local clothing market in Italy is despite everything claimed 61% by the autonomous stores, 45% in Spain (Note this is Zara's neighborhood showcase as well) and 15-30% in other three significant European markets.Specially, in a nation with modest work (generally in Asia), it will be exceptionally hard for Zara to keep up its creation in Spain. Zara's plan of action depends on consistently evolving design. For nations like US, where individuals are less style forward, it might be a test for Zara to continue its quality. With evolving time, Advertisement is turning into a significant piece of the business and it reflects straightforwardly to the deals. Zara's in-store notice model may not work going forward. Most genuine danger to Zara is to support its prosperity. Another most genuine danger to Zara is its development. The organization couldn't secure enormous pieces of the pie in the local market. Indeed, even in Europe, the organization doesn't have a sensible nearness. American and Asian markets have various kinds of difficulties, which Zara might be looking in future. American market is less design forward, which questions Zaraà ¢â¬â¢s essential plan of action itself. Asia, then again, is known for its modest labour.Competing with these difficulties one after another in various markets, while keeping its vertically incorporated plan of action flawless is the most genuine test for Zara. Zara can't address various prerequisites and difficulties working from its home area as it were. It can have various vertically incorporated creations for every district. For Asia, having modest work will add a great deal to the working expense. While itââ¬â¢s building group can keep giving quick reaction to new structures. What Ive Been Up To
What Iâve Been Up To Hey all! I havent been around this site in months, and rather than giving you a large, apologetic explanation which would do nothing to redeem myself to you applicants and prefroshers and even preapplicants out there, Im going to go right in and cover everything interesting Ive seen here. Since like November. Well, fine, one sentence: I ended up failing the physics test which I took the day after my last post, and then averaged 2-4 hours of sleep after that until finals week. Then I ran away and could not bring myself to do anything that would require thought over break. But I ended up passing all of my classes, went on an IAP trip to Death Valley and Southern California for eight days for CREDIT, took a class called the Nuts and Bolts of Engineering in case I, yknow, decide to start a business now Im ready to WRITE!!!! (If you want to see the rather long list of things I did rather, watched instead of writing this over IAP, Ive shamelessly put them at the end of this post. Mostly in the anime/asian drama category. Seriously, I wrote this post half a month ago, and I couldnt get myself to edit it. But now Im switching from IAP mode to work mode!) Let me start with the fun stuff then lessons learned at IAP. #1 Cambridge and Boston are meant to be explored. #2 Exercise and sleep are corequisites to sanity. #3 It is possible to go from doing everything to doing what feels like almost absolutely nothing almost immediately. Maybe not for everyone. Some people never stop working. Or they work and party at the same time. But at least for yours truly this holds. So 1 and 2 I biked to this cafe in Central Square called the Clear Conscience Cafe, which is right in front of this supermarket called the Harvest Market. Theyre like the same place! You can get your groceries and sit down to have lunch at like the same place! I could spend all day there using their free wifi and eating their hummus sandwiches! And Oh, and when I had to go home for a weekend I walked from MIT to the South Station bus terminal. Went through Newbury Street. It was FREEZING. I finally got a chance to warm up and get food when I went through Chinatown and found this Vegan Thai Place. Vegan fried rice! With vegan chicken and shrimp too! Vegan BUBBLE TEA! Sorry I couldnt have taken one of the whole thing I was, um, thirsty ;) Its made with coconut milk! (Taro flavored =D) Yumm And just this weekend (post-IAP) I biked all the way to Allston (about 40-50 minutes away by bike) to go to a Vegan Bake Sale for Haiti. Best idea EVER! And best vegan cookies and biscotti EVER! They disappeared before I could charge my camera! Now Im biking to Harvard for this class (non-credit) called Reading and Study Strategies, which meets from 8-9 AM at the Harvard Science Center. Speaking of which, its today and its 1 AM now ANYWAY. I forgot to include pictures from 12.120, Environmental Earth Science Field Course, where we saw Hoover Dam, petroglyphs, signs of ancient volcanic and tectonic activity including this HUGE landslide that took us like 15 minutes to drive from the start to the end and 20 to drive through its width Yay red sandstone! This is on our way to the Valley of Fire, named as such because of rocks like these, where we saw petroglyphs! If I find a pic Ill put it up A petrified log! Because Im too lazy to explain what it is. On the edge of the Ubihibi crater in Death Valley. Guy in the sign: WHEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!! At the lowest point on land in North America, Lake Badwater. Mostly salt. Thats the way to MIT? Or near there? Ready, set, go! So here are some of the other things Ive done (read: watched) when I had free time: Anime/manga: Ergo Proxy, didnt really finish many but tried some more serious/dark ones like Saikano, also Clannad which isnt really dark, but Clannad 2 looked wayyy too sad for me oh and a pretty good death note fanfic! Dramas: Watched Youre Beautiful and rewatched the first half with my cousin from Puerto Rico =D Actually ended up not liking it so much by the end, perhaps because I didnt really like the main guy obnoxious guys usually change by the end of a series but for this one he was still obnoxious Love Contract I thought with Ariel Lin and Mike He in it this would be a surefire hit, but while the middle was amazing the beginning and end were not so much. But geez, compare Mike in this more serious one to a lighter show like Devil Beside You or Why Why Love hes quite versatile! Autumns Concerto (a taiwanese drama which is frustratingly long, annoying, nothing surprising except the fact that it takes like 20 EPISODES for something that should have happened on episode 6 to happen but the first five eps were good =D) Hi My Sweetheart (I prefer more serious dramas, but many dramas have some form of ridiculousness meh, maybe I just wanted the guy to keep his cool hairdo at the end) Btw if youve seen Hi My Sweetheart, or even if you havent want to know what who this guy is? Hes the guy from THIS music video! All right, stay posted for spring-term adventures (and perhaps some academic stuff) next week!

How to Make a Giant Bubble Using Dry Ice
All you need to make this giant bubble is dry ice, bubble solution, and either a little water or else tonic water and a black light (glowing liquid). You can make the bubble itself glow if you add a little highlighter ink to the bubble solution. The dry ice sublimates to form carbon dioxide gas, which expands the bubble.Ã Watch the video tutorial of this project. Materials dry icebubble solutionwater (or tonic water and a black light, if you want glowing liquid)glass or dish Make a Dry Ice Bubble Pour some water or tonic water into the container.Add a piece of dry ice. The dry ice will make bubbles in the liquid.Spread a film of bubble solution around the lip of the container.Use your hand or a piece of paper towel that has been wetted with bubble solution to smear bubble solution across the top of the container. I made a video of the project so you can see what to expect. How It Works Dry ice sublimates in air, meaning the solid carbon dioxide makes the transition to carbon dioxide gas. This process occurs much more quickly in water than in air. As the dry ice sublimates, the carbon dioxide vapor is caught inside the bubble solution. The bubble expands, but the cooled bubble solution does not evaporate quickly so the bubble lasts for a relatively long time. Sometimes conditions are right for the bubble to stabilize at a given size. This happens because carbon dioxide is able to diffuse across the bubble surface. Sublimating carbon dioxide expands the bubble, but when the bubble expands its walls become thinner and leak more. Since more carbon dioxide can escape, the pressure is reduced and the bubble has a tendency to shrink back again. As long as the solution doesnt evaporate too quickly, the bubble may remain relatively stable until the dry ice is nearly gone. At that point the bubble will become smaller.

For the employees, they want to be able to have access to the information that pertains to them, and the information that they need to satisfy their inquiry. Employees are interested in issues such as pay and benefits, pension funds, stock options, vacation time, career opportunities, training and development initiatives, and other related personnel issues. 5. How do you think sales force automation affects salesperson productivity, marketing management, and competitive advantage? Sales force automation is the use of computers to automate sales recording and reporting by sales people as well as communications and sales support. It improves productivity by saving time otherwise spent on manual creation of records, reports, and presentations; it improves communications and accessibility to information to support sales activities; and it may help in planning sales tactics. Increasingly, computers and networks are providing the basis for sales force automation. In many companies, the sales force is being outfitted with notebook computers that connect them to Web browsers, and sales contact management software that connect them to marketing websites on the Internet, extranets, and their company intranets. Sales force automation has resulted in increasing the personal productivity of salespeople, dramatically speed up the capture and analysis of sales data from the field to marketing managers at company headquarters, allows marketing and sales management to improve the delivery of information and the support they provide to their salespeople. Many companies view sales force automation as a way to gain a strategic advantage in sales productivity and marketing responsiveness. 6. How can Internet technologies be involved in improving a process in one of the functions of business? Choose one example and evaluate its business value. it will be relatively easy for them to choose from any of the various functions of business such as accounting, marketing, manufacturing, retailing, operations, and so on. In response to this question, the accounting function was chosen. Accounting information systems are being affected by Internet and client/server technologies. Using the Internet, intranets, extranets, and other network changes have been made to the traditional methods of capturing and processing accounting data. As well, these technologies have assisted in how accounting information systems are being used to monitor and track business activity. The online, interactive nature of such networks calls for new forms of transaction documents, procedures, and controls. Many companies are using or developing network links to their trading partners through the use of the Internet or other networks for applications such as order processing inventory control, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. These advances in the accounting function have resulted in major improvements in the capturing, reporting, processing, and increased accuracy of the data. Thus, realtime processing of accounting information enables executives to make better and more informed decisions involving their firmââ¬â¢s resources. 7. How can the Internet technologies improve customer relationships, and service for a business? CRM is described as a cross-functional e-business application that integrates and automates many customer-serving processes in sales, direct marketing, accounting and order management, and customer service and support. Examples of business benefits of customer relationship management include: â⬠¢CRM allows a business to identify and target their best customers; those who are the most profitable to the business, so they can be retained as lifelong customers for greater and more profitable services. â⬠¢CRM enables real-time customization and personalization of products and services based on customer wants, needs, buying habits, and life cycles. â⬠¢CRM can keep track of when a customer contacts the company, regardless of the contact point. CRM enables a company to provide a consistent customer experience and superior service and support across all the contact points a customer chooses. The key to survival today is through improved customer relationships. The Internet has enabled interactive marketing between a business and its customers. The Internet can improve customer value, as the customer becomes closer to the business. Through interactive marketing methods, the needs of the customer are being better served. Relationships between customers and business are also greatly enhanced, and businesses are better able to provide their customers with the services requested. . Refer to the Real World Case Harrahââ¬â¢s, DuPont, and Otis at the end of the chapter. What are several e-business applications that you might recommend to a small company to help it survive and succeed in challenging economic times? Why? Small businesses as well as large businesses must make serious attempts to ensure that they have a Web presence. Customers are turning to the Web as a means of conducting business, and the growth in B2B has been exceptional. Final consumers are also ordering more products and services through the use of technology such as the Web. Small businesses can also have a successful website where they can offer their products and services to customers. Ensuring that the site is easy to navigate and order from is a major key to its success. If you are not going to actually sell products and services online, you can still use e-business applications to order from your suppliers online. By doing so, small businesses order products for just-in-time delivery, reduce inventory charges, and enable them to shop / ââ¬Å"clickâ⬠around for better deals. 9. Which of the 14 tools for enterprise collaboration summarized in Figure 7. 13 do you feel are essential for any business to have today? Which of them do you feel are optional, depending on the type of business or other factor? Explain. This question will vary, and much depends on what type of organization they are applying these enterprise collaboration tools to. For this exercise we will assume that the student is applying the tools to an engineering environment requirement where the job is being designed in the United States, but being constructed in Argentina. Students can easily include and justify the requirement for all of the tools outlined in the electronic communication, electronic conferencing, and collaborative work management tools. However, if a student were to present the case of a university who does not offer extension courses, they may feel that there is no requirement for the school to use electronic conferencing tools. 10. What is the role and business value of using Internet technologies in supply chain management? The goal of supply chain management is to give customers what they want, where they want it, and at the lowest possible cost. The goal of SCM is to: â⬠¢Reduce costs â⬠¢Increase efficiency â⬠¢Increase profits â⬠¢Improve supply chain cycle times Improve performance in relationships with customers and suppliers â⬠¢Develop value-added services that give a company a competitive edge According to the Advanced Management Council, supply chain management has three business objectives: â⬠¢Get the right product to the right place at the least cost. â⬠¢Keep inventory as low as possible and still offers superior customer service. â⬠¢Reduce cycle times. Supply chain manageme nt seeks to simplify and accelerate operations that deal with how customer orders are processed through the system and ultimately filled, as well as how raw materials are acquired and delivered for manufacturing processes. Businesses are increasingly dependent upon Internet technologies to improve their efficiencies. For example, companies are spending time and resources in improving their systems with those of their customers, partners, and suppliers. Through these improved systems, companies are better able to integrate interenterprise supply processes in order to improve manufacturing and distribution effectiveness. Companies are given SCM top priority and making it a large part of their e-business initiatives. By serving their customers better than their competitors, they are able to maintain and perhaps gain market share. How to cite Customer Relationship Management and Sales Force, Essay examples

Review of Bram Stokers Dracula Essay Example For Students
Review of Bram Stokers Dracula Essay In this new epic version of Stokers Dracula, the latest film released by Francis Ford Coppola, the medieval vampire vows to get his revenge on God and forever wait the return of the woman he loves, after she plunges to her death. It doesnt come to mind that after three centuries, he may not seem attractive to her.à The novel by Stoker inspires the film, which begins with the horrific tragedy of Vlad the Impaler, who went to fight the crusades but returned to the dreaded news of her death from a parapet to a blurred doom far below, which is captured in a great shot and is one of the best effects of this movie. Vlad sees no justice in his fate and believes God has betrayed him, because, after all, he journeyed to the Holy Land to battle in the Crusades for the sake of his name. He is seized by Satan and vampirism, and turns on a trail for blood. We then meet Keanu Reeves, a young attorney who has been asked to voyage to Draculas castle to arrange real estate transactions. Reeves brings an American sense to the feel of this film but he has a dreadful English accent which is one of the films greatest downfalls. Keanu is met in the darkness to be taken to Draculas castle. There, everything is more or less as we expect it, which could have been pursued and alternated to give the audience a greater sense and element of surprise. Nevertheless, Count Dracula waits, (Gary Oldman), as he has been for centuries for the return of his dead bride, and when he sees Reeves fiancà ¯Ã ¿Ã ½e, Mina Murray, (Winona Ryder), he knows his wait has been rewarded at last. She lives again. Whilst this occurs in Transylvania, back in London, Professor Abraham Van Helsing (Anthony Hopkins), the fearless vampire killer senses the closeness of Dracula as he appears in town. Coppola directs with all the stops, giving huge gothic extravaganzas and grand settings. Reeves doesnt know what he is up against with Count Dracula, and neither do we, since Dracula changes form- from ancient hideous wreck, to a young man, to a cat, bat and a wolf. Ryder finds herself falling under the spell of Draculas need. But in the closing stages, she ends up in his arms and gives him the kiss that releases his body from a disfigured, hideous looking creature into a charming prince that he once was. But in order to totally achieve this, she must kill him, and she does it in style clenches a four-foot blade and plunges at his throat, and with one blow completely takes his head off. This is the utter most best effect of this movie. But the film lacks headlong narrative conclusions, which often leads to confusion throughout the film and dead ends. But I enjoyed the film because of the way it felt and looked, the style, and the all-star cast which adds to the films publicity.à I personally thought the film was great. It had all the interventions, which fitted it perfectly into our modern secular society. It had some great special effects and screen frames. But like I said before, it does get boring in places because you cant always work out what is happening. The storyline, overall, is gripping and full of suspension with gruesome scenes of violence and sex, which portrays the film nicely. The ending of this movie is probably the most satisfactory ending of all Dracula films made.à But does it go on and on? I believe people thought it was worth making other Dracula films because of the way society has developed since the original was produced. The Director has surprised his audience by including two genres in one the mixing of romance and horror. Also, there is some element of addiction to Dracula films for some, which is great to see. .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f , .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .postImageUrl , .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f , .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f:hover , .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f:visited , .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f:active { border:0!important; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f:active , .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u9291c92b247f71b33e1cd7818e891f0f:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: Nurse in Romeo and Juliet EssayAudiences tend to go back and see Dracula because they know it will have a new twist to it and in addition there is a new generation for the producers to aim their ideas at. For example, Stokers Dracula was associated with the main problem of that time, aids. But newer generations are associated with teen culture and special effects. The latest technology has allowed all this to happen, and it fits into the present society.
